Zelda practises in the area of residential and commercial conveyancing. 
Zelda advises a wide range of clients and has extensive experience in advising developers on the set up and sale of new residential and commercial developments, as well as advising individuals in the purchase and sale of residential property. She also advises both landlords and tenants with regard to commercial leases.
Zelda joined Smithwicks in 2006 having previously worked in a large Cork firm for a number of years.
